Happy Holidays

Here's a few fun pictures of Ella during this holiday season. Of course it's the trip to see Santa and then up to Manito Park green house to see the lights! Then we took her down to Riverfront Park and daddy took her on a ride on the Carousel.
Ella's officially walking up a storm! And you can see she's checking out all the snow we got in the last couple of days! I think it's up to about 18 inches total!!

Happy 1st Birthday Ella!

It's so hard to believe it's been a whole year since she's been born! Ella survived Thanksgiving and all the Birthdays! She ate her whole Thanksgiving dinner and even got a little bite of pumpkin pie! She showed off her walking skills to everyone....getting better but not quite there!

She had her big birthday bash at Round Table Pizza where we also celebrated Grandma Cathy's 60Th birthday! Ella wasn't sure of her cake at first, but once she had a taste it was all down hill from there! Ella received enough toys to keep her busy for the next few years! Over all it was a great time and now it's on to another exciting year with our precious Ella Bella!

Ella's almost a year old.....

Sorry we haven't posted for a while....Ella's been keeping us busy with all of her activites!

We took a trip back in September to Kentucky to see Aunt Kelli and Uncle Matt. We did lot's of fun stuff like visiting Churchill Downs and the Louisville Slugger Museum. And of course Aunt Kelli couldn't keep her hands of of Ella the whole time!!

And then in October we went over to Seattle and picked up Grandpa and brought him home for a visit. He hadn't seen Ella for about 4 months so he was a bit surprised about how big she had gotten! We stayed at Cousin Jim's house right on the Puget Sound.

And then it was a trip up to Green bluff to pick out Ella's first pumpkin....she found the perfect one!

Ella's first Halloween was a big hit! She was a bumble bee, and scored lots of candy!!! We took her around town during the day to visit with family and then she helped us greet the trick or treaters that came to the house! That night she managed to make her way to the dog bowls with out us knowing and had her first taste of dog food!! She seemed to like it!!

Other than that we have just been hanging out.....trips to the park so she can play in the leaves. She's not quite walking yet but getting really close.

Her birthday is just around the corner so stay tuned for more pics!!!

Ella's Summer Adventures.....

Ella's been a busy little bee.....

She had her first 4th of July at the cabin with the family. This is where she went on a boat for the first time! And of course it put her right to sleep! Daddy bought her a froggie pool and she enjoyed taking a dip in the hot sun!
And then it was off to Silverwood Theme Park with the cousins! It was pretty uneventful for her, but mom and dad enjoyed some rides! She did get to stick her feet in the water.....
Ella's BFF Allison came to town from South Carolina and they finally got to meet each other! We all enjoyed a fun weekend at Priest Lake. Ella took a rough boat ride up to "Upper Priest Lake" and saw a moose for the first time! Daddy was a little more excited about the moose then her. Mommy and her girlfriends enjoyed a little Yatzee and gummy bears! While the boys played pickle ball!
Just last Friday Ella took a ride up to Silver Mountain on the gondola and did a 3 mile hike in her new kelty back pack. As you can see she fell right to sleep! Cousin Kamiel didn't enjoy the gondola ride.....a little afraid of heights!!
And today she spent the whole day at Terri and Marv's house swimming in the pool!

Ella's 8 months old now! Can hardly believe it....

My doctor's visit today.....

So, I went to the doc today and I'm 17 lbs 8 oz (63%) and 29 3/4"(99%). Looks like I might be a tall kiddo! The doctor said I looked good!

Almost 7 months old!

What's Ella been up to?

Daddy was in Ira's wedding, so we took a trip to Portland and flew for the first time! I finally got to meet my friend Lucas at the wedding! We also spent some time with Sam, Solanj, and Travis over the weekend. They took us on a cool gondola ride over downtown Portland, and I wasn't even scared! We flew back on Mother's Day and I was extra good for my mommy that day!

Over Memorial weekend we took a day trip to Sandpoint......went to Riverside State Park and saw the Bowl and Pitcher......and went downtown to see the rapids again! Man my parents like to drag me around town! That Monday was a big day for me cause I finally rolled over from my belly to my back!

I'm eating all kinds of food now.....of course the pears, applesauce, and banana's are my favorite! But, I still eat the other stuff too....can't let any of it go to waste! I love sitting in my excersaucer....it provides hours of entertainment! And I'm almost able to sit all by myself, but not quite!

My first baseball game was to see the Spokane Indians......couldn't stay for the whole game cause it was past my bedtime!

I go back to the doctor on Friday so we'll see how big I am......stay tuned!

Ella's almost 5 months old....

Ella has been a busy little bee the last few weeks. First of all she finally discovered her thumb and I caught her in the act! She has been to Manito park to feed the ducks, and to Riverfront park to see the rapids! We went to the Morimoto's and went swimming for the first time ever and it was a big hit, she loves the water!

Uncle Matt came to visit and so of course he came bearing gifts from Aunt Kelli! She got mary jane socks, books, hair bows, oensie, and a cool cloth highchair! Her Auntie loves to spoil her! We can't wait to see her this summer.

So, this weekend we decided to buy Ella a highchair for the house, and as you can see she loves it! I can't wait to start feeding her real food. She goes to the pediatrician on friday so maybe he will give me the okay to start her on a little rice cereal. Keep posted that will be a sight to see! I'm also curious to see how much she weighs now, I'm sure she's off the charts!

Ella's 4 months old!

I can't believe how fast time is flying.....she's already 4 months old. And doing new things every day....just recently she's discovered her thumb! So, now maybe we can be done with her Binky! I don't think she'll be rolling over anytime soon, but she sure is moving those little legs. She is just the most precious thing ever!
Today we went to West Valley High School and had our first photo shoot! She was an angel and smiled the whole time. We even got to see cousin Kamiel and Ken busy at work! (not really!!!) Hopefully we should have the pictures soon and I will post them.

Ella's enjoying the basketball tournament. Her favorite teams are the Cougs and the Bulldogs. She even wore her special dress for GU's game, but it didn't help! At least the Cougs are still in it!

Ella survived her first Easter dinner with the family. She was a big hit!

Ella's 3 months old now!

Ella's 3 months old now, and growing like a weed! Smiling, talking, and sleeping through the night! She's forming such a great little personality and it's fun to watch her change every day. She went to her first motorcycle show and you can see she already picked out the one she wants!!
